Shipping
- Shipping method:
- The shipping method we can offer you will be dynamically evaluated in the check out process and the suggested method made available for you to chose.
- The associated cost is also calculated dynamically based on your shipping address and shown on the checkout page before you are requested to proceed with purchase.
- Countries we ship to:
- Shipping is currently only confirmed to Switzerland. At your request, we will ship to other international countries, whereas the cost of shipment is transferred to you as the client and any custom duties will have to be carried by you as the client. We do not currently ship to the USA. Please note that the shipment is issued from Switzerland, which is not part of the European Union, and thus significant custom duties might be due , in the height of your country’s VAT rate, even if you are ordering from a neighboring country. Further, insuring the shipment against theft or loss is at the responsbility of the client.
- Delivery times:
- We process orders 1x per week. These products shipped thereafter are scheduled to arrive within 5 days to Switzerland, within 10 days in the European Union and within 3 weeks to the rest of the world.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Product Availability:
- It is possible that you purchase an item which is not available anymore because of a lag in our inventory system. In this case, we will contact you for product alternatives, or refund the paid amount completely.
Return and Refund Policy
Return Conditions
- Eligibility for Returns:
- If you are a member if the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
- In order to be eligible for returns, the shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Return process
- To initiate the return process, please forward the email which had confirmed your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase to returns@dea-dos.com and we will inform you on further details of the return procedure. Please send the shoes or other products back to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you requested the return process.
- Incurred cost
- If you are eligible for a refund and if we have received the return product, we will issue a full refund for the product purchased, whereas shipping costs will not be refunded. The return shipping cost is borne by you as the client.
- If case we receive the shoes with signs of usage, we will reduce the amount refunded partially or fully in respect to the purchase price, depending on their state.
