Your shoes will be shipped with DHL as insured parcel with tracking.

We do our best in order to make our shoes available to you around the world. Neverthless, beware of shipping costs, customs duties, and limited possibility of returns. Futher information is provided below.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is a flat rate depending on 3 zones 

      • Germany,             EUR  5.00
      • EU,                        EUR 13.60
      • Europe* non EU, EUR 18.00
      • Rest of World,    EUR 30.00

* Europe includes: Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Ukraine, Vatican City

Customs Duties

European Union

We ship from Germany to EU addresses. There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union. VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout for customers in the EU.

United States

United States import duties, taxes, and clearance fees may apply to shipments to the U.S. These charges are set by U.S. customs and your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with U.S. Customs and Border Protection or your local customs office if you want an estimate before ordering.

If you refuse or do not pay these import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will cancel your order and refund the purchase price minus:

    Original outbound shipping costs
    Return shipping costs
    Any handling or brokerage fees charged by the courier

Even when we offer free shipping, unpaid import charges are not our responsibility. Returned parcels create real costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

United Kingdom (Great Britain)

For deliveries to Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) local import VAT and possibly customs duties or courier handling fees may apply. We do not charge UK VAT on our website at checkout, so you will only we billed once for VAT at the moment of import. The courier will contact you with payment instructions before delivery.

You are responsible for paying these charges. If you do not pay and the parcel is returned, we will cancel your order and refund the purchase price minus:

    Original outbound shipping costs
    Return shipping costs
    Any handling or brokerage fees charged by the courier

Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland follows special arrangements that differ from Great Britain. For many orders to Northern Ireland VAT will be applied at checkout so you should not pay additional import VAT on delivery. If you live in Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the correct checkout process and ensure VAT is applied correctly.

Rest of the World For all other countries, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. If you want an estimate, check with your local customs agency.

If the charged stay unpaid and the parcel is returned, we will cancel your order and refund the purchase price minus:

    Return shipping costs
    Any handling or brokerage fees charged by the courier

 

Delivery times:

Your order is shipped within 3 business days.

The following are estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 3-5 business days
  • Europe*, 3-10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-14 business days.

Customs processes may delay the delivery further, possibly several weeks.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Conditions

Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds are only available for member of the European Union at this time.

In order to be eligible for returns, the shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return process

To initiate the return process, please forward the email which had confirmed your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase to returns@dea-dos.com and we will inform you on further details of the return procedure. Please send the shoes or other products back to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you requested the return process.

If you are eligible for a refund and if we have received the return product, we will issue a full refund for the product purchased, whereas shipping costs will not be refunded. The return shipping cost is borne by you as the client.

If case we receive the shoes with signs of usage, we will reduce the amount refunded partially or fully in respect to the purchase price, depending on their state.
